Chloé, 26, works in Zurich where she lives with her partner.

Her grandmother gave her a piece of jewelry that belonged to her, a very old ring, whose design did not seem modern enough or suited to her lifestyle, because she wanted a ring she could wear every day. A friend who works in jewelry then told her about Héloïse & Abélard.

Looking at the website, she fell in love with the designs.

"I didn't even look at other brands, because I felt that yours suited me. "

This is her first piece of jewelry with diamonds. Her grandmother's stone had been damaged, so it was recut and we created a custom piece for her. "I loved the idea of having a unique design and immediately liked the brand's youthful, more modern style."

What Chloé appreciates beyond the ethical aspect is the concept of transmission.

"For me, recycled symbolizes transmission. It means wearing a piece of jewelry every day with significant sentimental value, which I could also pass on to my daughter one day."

Given the current situation, her experience began with a video call, and it was the day she came to pick up her ring that Chloé discovered our showroom.

"It was very easy to communicate, to choose the project, everything happened quickly. The best moment was when I came to the showroom to pick up my ring. I loved talking with Héloïse, she explained all the technical aspects of making my jewelry, it was great to learn all these things. When I discovered the ring, it was even more beautiful than in the picture."

And for Chloé, this ring is a family story.

"I don't see my mother often, the three-way video meeting with Héloïse was very nice, it made me happy to see her. It was a family project.

I went to pick up my ring in Paris with my mother, who herself fell in love with a pair of earrings that day and bought them for herself. It was a beautiful moment, a family moment."

Chloé, her mother, and her grandmother all participated in the creation of this family piece, which we hope will continue to cross generations. 💚
