"I remember my grandmother very well, her bony, bejeweled hands. I also have clear memories of my mother's rings and costume jewelry, their enormous volume and shimmering colors. I love to fiddle with their jewelry when they wear it, I love it when they clink together, when they bother me when they hold my hand. And above all, I'm fascinated by how naturally they embrace them, and how they enjoy people's reactions."

As a child, Héloïse followed the women around her on their peregrinations to jewelers, where she saw jewelry being passed down, transformed, and reinvented... Many elegant and aesthetic fairies leaned over her cradle, their jewels tinkling.

Héloïse's personality is a blend of pragmatism, gentle madness, and determination. She always knew that one day, she would create, when life decided it was time. She first trained in fashion, when a happy coincidence propelled her into the heart of the Watchmaking and Jewelry Houses of Place Vendôme. Emancipating herself almost 10 years later to find her place, she founded Héloïse & Abélard, conceived as a flash of insight from the gut, and a return to her personal experience, to the artisanal, intimate, and authentic source of jewelry.

In 2019, Héloïse gave birth to the first French and Parisian recycled jewelry House, offering her playful, feminist, and feminine vision of ethical jewelry to women, wives, mothers, lovers, and friends! At H&A, jewelry is not an industrialized fashion accessory: it rediscovers its soul, its rarity, its eternity, and therefore, of course, its circularity.
